Is there a minimum order?
For FREE collection from our Donalda or Calgary locations, there is no minimum order value. There is a minimum order value of $50 for our Home Delivery Service.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, absolutely. You can call our Kitchen at 403-883-2780 to place an order over the phone Monday to Saturday between 10am to 4pm. When you call in with your order, we will let you know when our Delivery Service is scheduled to be in your area next.
How much notice do I need to give for delivery of an order?
Whether you are ordering over the phone or online, please allow for one week’s notice, however, we strive to deliver to your area within 2-4 days and at least once per week. You can also select a delivery date up to 4 weeks in advance.
How will my order arrive?
All orders are packed in bags or boxes (depending on the quantity) and delivered to you still frozen.
When does TERESA’s deliver?
We deliver typically within 2-4 days of you placing your order, depending on stock. Rural locations are typically once or twice per week and Calgary would be Monday to Friday, again depending on stock. Once an order is placed, our Kitchen will be in touch to confirm further details.
Can I edit my order?
Yes, you can! You can edit any open orders online under 'Your Account'.
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
We can deliver to almost anywhere in East Central Alberta, Red Deer and Calgary at the moment. Typically, there is a FREE delivery option based on your order amount and postcode. Otherwise, delivery fees are added in the Checkout process, again based on your order amount and the delivery postcode. Please call our Kitchen at (403) 883-2780 for any other specific details.
Can I order a gift voucher?
Yes, you can. Please visit our Kitchen Shop in Donalda or the Gift Voucher section on our website to order a voucher online.
Can I buy TERESA’s meals as a gift?
Yes. Gift Certificates are perfect for new or busy parents, elderly relatives, as get-well-soon or housewarming gifts or for anyone who loves good food and would appreciate a few nights off from the kitchen.
We recommend you buy Gift Certificates for use in the shop or online, allowing your recipient to make their own meal choices. However, if you decide to send a gift for delivery we ask that you please make sure your recipient has adequate space in their freezer to accommodate your gift and that they are at home to receive the order.
Can I include a message with my gift delivery?
If you are sending a delivery as a gift and would like to include a Gift Message, then you can now do so during the checkout process.
Simply tick the box identifying your purchase is a Gift Order on the Special Instructions page and enter your message.
TERESA’s founding principle is to cook like you do at home and that's how we shop for ingredients too.
When sourcing our ingredients, we make choices just like you do in your home – choices based on price, quality, and ethical and environmental considerations. Our rule of thumb is: can we look a customer in the eye and tell them we’re happy with where our ingredients come from and how they’ve been farmed or produced?
We will only ever use suppliers who are approved to our standards and will always promote local sourcing when possible. We’re trying to get better at sourcing all the time - better quality, better welfare, better ethical considerations, and a better price for ourselves and our customers.

Do you have gluten-free meals?
How long will the meals last for in the freezer?
As a general guide, our food is good for four months when properly stored at -18°C (0°F) or colder.
Can I recycle the packaging?
Yes. Any outer cardboard, plastic film and plastic serving tray can be recycled at any recycling center.
